Accurate Staffing is urgently hiring an experienced Reach Truck Operator for a busy warehouse in Wadsworth, Ohio!

We need someone who can interview and start quickly.

IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE APPLYING

DOCUMENTED, HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE OPERATING A STAND-UP REACH TRUCK IS MANDATORY.

This is NOT a sit-down forklift position. Candidates must have previous experience operating a stand-up reach truck/high-lift reach truck in a warehouse environment.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate
• Location: Wadsworth, OH
• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Employment: Temp-to-Hire
• Start: ASAP

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Reach Truck Operator/Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Safely operate a stand-up reach truck to move and store materials
• Pick, pack, and stock materials accurately and efficiently
• Verify part numbers, labels, and quantities
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Check shipments for damage and properly stage materials for put-away
• Transfer materials to designated storage locations
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform inventory counts as directed
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards after training

WHAT WE NEED

REQUIRED:

• Previous, documented experience operating a STAND-UP REACH TRUCK
• Experience must specifically be with a stand-up reach truck/high-lift reach truck
• Warehouse experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Basic math skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Reach truck experience is mandatory. General forklift experience alone does not meet the requirements for this position.
