Here's what we look for:High StandardsPride in WorkCustomer SatisfactionBonus if: You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration.Perks/BenefitsPaid Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas & New Years Day)After 90 Days - You choose your personalized Colonial Life Benefits Options - Year 1 Company Pays $25 per pay period ($650 Annually) $25 per pay period increases each year (Yr 2 - $1300 Annually, Yr 3 - $1950 etc.) Employee pays any additional coverage above and beyond what Restoration 1 contributes each pay period.1 Week (40 Hours) Vacation after First Year.
