Amada Senior Care Twin Cities | Field-Based | Approximately 20 Hours/Week

Amada Senior Care Twin Cities is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical support across our Twin Cities service area. This part-time role averages approximately 20 hours per week and offers flexibility in how those hours are scheduled.

This may be an especially good fit for an experienced or retired nurse who wants to remain professionally engaged, use their clinical expertise, and make a meaningful difference while still having flexibility outside of work.

What You'll Do

• Complete initial and ongoing Minnesota Home Care assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits
• Monitor changes in client condition and communicate recommendations to the care team
• Develop and update clinical portions of client care plans
• Support delegated nursing tasks and caregiver competency validation
• Provide client-specific caregiver education and clinical guidance
• Participate in a weekly interdisciplinary team meeting to review client needs, care concerns, and coordination of services
• Support clinical documentation, compliance, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement
• Partner with Client Care Managers and operations staff to support quality and continuity of care across the Twin Cities metro

Who You Are

• Minnesota RN license in good standing
• 3+ years of RN experience preferred
• Home care, hospice, senior care, assisted living, or community-based nursing experience strongly preferred
• Strong independent assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Organized, responsive, and confident with clinical documentation 
• Comfortable working independently in client homes and providing caregiver education and delegation 
• Collaborative communicator who works well with both clinical and non-clinical team members 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
• Comfortable with electronic documentation systems and technology

Schedule

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week .

Some client and regulatory needs require visits within specific timeframes, but much of the weekly schedule can be planned flexibly. This is not intended to be a traditional five-day-per-week nursing schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45–$47 per hour, based on experience
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel
• 401(k) with 3% company match after one year of service
