GPEDS Team Member
The Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles is seeking highly qualified applicants for their Administrative Support II position in the Clemency Division. The position entry- level located at 2 Martin Luther King Blvd (Sloppy Floyd Building) Atlanta GA across from the State Capital.
The Administrative Support II supports the Clemency Division by processing offender files including reading sentencing documents requesting documentation and requesting additional information from external sources. This position proofreads and edits offender files for content context accuracy and consistency. They will utilize various software to produce documents and spreadsheets and conduct research using multiple resources. They will work with a team however use independent judgment to ensure that cases are handled expeditiously.
Preferred Qualifications
Must have effective communication skills and experience with Office 365 and Google Business platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of general office or administrative experience.Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
