Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Position Details - Role: Apartment Leasing Consultant
- Location: Olathe, KS 66062
- Pay: $18-20/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch
- Additional: Occasional weekends may be required based on leasing needs
- Opportunities: Contract and Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities - Conduct apartment tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person leasing inquiries
- Prepare lease agreements and process rental applications accurately
- Maintain resident and prospect files with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service to support resident retention and lease renewals
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to help achieve occupancy goals
- Ensure model apartments and common areas are clean, organized, and tour-ready
- Assist with community marketing initiatives, resident events, and outreach activities
- Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient leasing experience
Requirements - 1-2+ years of apartment leasing, property relations, or customer service experience preferred
- Sales and customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (property management software experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
